Large sliding doors lead to the deck, where you can enjoy uninterrupted bushveld views. The main bedroom offers a queen bed and direct access to the deck. A spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower is located downstairs. Upstairs, a cosy loft bedroom features a double bed, a comfortable seating nook, and a private toilet and basin — ideal for families or guests wanting additional privacy.

Nightly Rate

R1 550 per night
Sleeps up to 4 adults comfortably. Children stay free.
Additional adults (above 2 guests): R200 per person per night
Minimum stay: 2 nights
(3 nights over long weekends and peak holiday periods)

Long-Stay & Corporate / Expat Rates

For guests relocating, working remotely, or staying longer-term, we offer discounted extended-stay options:
• 7+ nights: R1 150 per night
• 14+ nights: R1 050 per night
• 21+ nights (monthly stay): R900–R950 per night

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
50% refund between 7–14 days before arrival
No refund within 7 days of arrival

Minimum Stay Policy

To ensure all guests enjoy a relaxed and well-prepared space:

2-night minimum stay applies year-round
3-night minimum applies for public holiday weekends and peak seasons
1-night mid-week stays may be accommodated with a R200 cleaning surcharge
